After a slow holiday season, G4G rescued over 20 tons of materials from 10 different donors in January, making it the most successful goods donation month ever! Star Garments donated enough fabric for 18,000 school uniforms and Ospop shoes pledged over 4,000 pairs of athletic shoes for use in our vocational training programs. Finally, both new and old partners in the pharmaceutical industry donated over 2 million notepads and over 1.5 million pens, among other office materials such as calculators, clocks, scissors, soap and clipboards. We are still seeking more donations, particularly from adult clothing companies.
